    I made some beautiful egg free cookies with this mix and my friends didn’t know the difference! They actually preferred these and said they tasted “buttery” GREAT REPLACEMENT for baking!

    have been using egg replacements for years in baking,some cooking recipes and at the price of eggs these days need all the help I can get.save the real eggs for eating as eggs.cook/bake with the subtitues,products I use the replacements in(cake,cookies,breads,meatloaf etc have come out fine,no body has complainted.buying was price wise very good,lasts for long time no storage problems encounter,cool/dry cupboard and we fine.would recommend for price,convenience.

    Love this product for baking. Works great. Does not work for puddings but it never said it would. Just added that for info. Have been using this since quarantine. Work same as eggs. Would recommend to anyone for baking.

    I bought this because of the high cost of eggs. I have not tried yet. As egg prices drop, I have not now needed this. I am very glad I have this in my pantry though and would repurchase again if needed.

    I got this because I can’t have eggs and my bff is vegan. I was a little skeptical at first because I’ve never used any form of official egg substitute. I have to say I’m pretty impressed. I first tried it in vegan sourdough discard pancakes, wonderful. Cookies, great! I just made homemade cornbread and dang! The texture was just like traditional cornbread. There’s no smell, it works great, and for the price compared to 34 eggs I’d say that’s a great value. Will be consistently buying again and again.

    Excellent egg replacer. I use them for my vegan cookies. I have a meal prep company that makes 200 - 300 cookies each week. Been using this for years.

    It’s like being the best of the worst options. Being egg free or vegan is hard, and the options for decent substitutes are limited. This one is a 3/5 because it isn’t the worst one that I’ve had, but it requires a bit of patience and work to get a desirable texture and consistency. If you have the time to try 3-5 different recipes in order to find one that suits you, then great, but this isn’t an easy substitution that leads to a good product.

    (For the record, I’m not vegan, so it’s not like I’m replacing everything in a cake and being surprised it’s not a cake. I just have a wonderful client who is allergic to eggs and I’ve been developing recipes so that she can have a delicious 5th birthday cake.)
