    When we opened the jar of this product, we were pleased that it came sealed -- to maintain its freshness. When we removed the cover, we smelled its wonderful aroma. This dry, aromatic cheese blend only has 10 calories per tablespoon, so it's a great to add cheese flavor to foods without the calories. We like to add it to our vegetable and Italian dishes. We can see adding it to garlic bread and toast as well. Considering its price, this is a great value for those wanting to buy a similar cheese product.

    most realistic grated cheese ive ever tasted

    it seems to be just actually grated cheese
    not those little odd balls you get in stores or whatever
    like there are like kinda little chunks

    always comes fresh and with a seal???? i think

    anyway i recommend it if you want cheese
    i use it on pizzas but it doesnt exactly melt in the oven???? but did on the stove after a long while

    This is the 2nd time I ordered this. It is surprisingly sharp in flavor, and fresh. It is less expensive than the big store brands, yet has a better taste. I use it primarily when making meatballs, on Italian Wedding Soups, I mix it with melted butter and garlic powder and pepper for home made garlic bread
