    I love artichoke hearts on my pizzas, and these Amazon brand artichokes taste good; but I find them VERY watery and MUSHY, almost overly so. I have to carefully drain and squeeze the water out of them and they are still pretty soggy and mushy to eat. This makes it hard to enjoy them on my pizza. I wonder if they are less FRESH (aged) than they need to be for canning them? I don't know why they are so very mushy but hope Amazon can find a way to step back the watery/mushiness. Otherwise, they taste very good and are reasonably priced. Thanks, Amazon.

    The can is full to the brim, and they were perfect. As good as any of the big name brands, and a whole lot less expensive. Recommend and will buy again!

    I used these for my daily salads and thought they were a bit flavorless. Sometimes canned artichokes can be a bit salty, these were not. I was able to marinate them and they turned out great!
