    Sent this bouquet in hopes that it would be make a wonderful birthday gift to my daughter in law, but we were sadly disappointed. Some of the flowers showed up broken and damaged. Was hoping that at least a few would show up in good condition and bloom, but they shriveled once put in water. Absolutely disappointed with this bouquet; would not recommend.

    This is the third time I ordered flowers to that address and was disappointed ????. My lady was not happy with the look and condition of the flowers. The first time was a mix of 15 colorful Tulips (6) of them were broken. The second time was a dozen of red roses ????, a again a few broken and some of the flowers looks old. Now the third time these Tulips looks old and broken. Coloring and freshness, Very disappointing.

    To start off, we were told the flowers looked really nice when delivered so that's great. The price is also great. HOWEVER, in the description it says there is a gift receipt option, but there isn't. I sent a card in the mail separately (and had to say "enjoy the yellow tulips" which was awkward for a card) but the flowers arrived first so the recipient had no idea who the flowers were from for a few days. Even just a package/order slip with our name (but without the price) would have helped. I also really hope the price wasn't on the flowers. Usually with a gift receipt you know the price will be hidden, so without that option I'm not sure if the price was shown for the recipient to see. I also wish you could select which day the flowers were delivered on. It's prime which is awesome, but you have to do the math and order them so they get delivered in 2 days on the day you want.

    Not sure why you would send purple when I ordered pink and the receipt says pink. I would consider ordering again because I like the quality of the tulips but now I am not sure because the incorrect color came.
