    About 15 years ago my husband and I were in Chicago and we purchased some of David's chocolate chip cookies at the local market there. We loved them (especially my husband), but have not been able to find them where we live.
    I was happy to find that we can buy the gift boxes here. I get them for my hubby now for special occasions and it makes him so happy!
    Since red velvet is a favorite for him, this was a great box.
    The cookies were tender and rich and the brownies were moist and had a nice deep chocolate flavor. Each piece is individually wrapped.
    We have since also tried the crumb-cake and brownie mix box and that is stellar too!
    David's receives our highest recommendations!

    Excellent selection and quantity for the price. I am a nable to bake cookies myself and want to have tasty cookie fare for guests. Not as good as homemade, but the best of store bought boxed options.

    The cookies were a gift sent to my father and brother in Puerto Rico. My father is ill and received many well wishers during the holidays. The cookies were a hit with my dad, brother and guests. They were festive and fresh. I was told "those cookies were so good, everyone liked them" something I was very pleased to hear. In conclusion, while I cannot attest to their goodness, my father and brother do. Good cookies, crowd pleaser.

    They are wrapped individually in sealed plastic. But seemed just a little like they weren't the freshest batch. It's now Feb 15 2023 and they don't expire until June 10 2023 Still don't actually know how long they have been stored beforehand! But anyway the brownies were not too bad. It really was the cookies that seemed a tiny bit old tasting to me.
    Someone mentioned the price. And i totally agree with them. This isn't worth the $32 I've paid. I'm sorry but it just isn't!
    Maybe about $15 no more than $20.
    As for my whole experience. I will say it was okay nothing to write home about!
    I've definitely tasted better for less! But i must say very nice box and packaging nevertheless. Maybe that's what we are paying more for instead of the treats themselves!

    I bought these as a gift for two different people. They were a big hit. It's been a little over a month and they still rave about them. I'm always cautious when buying this stuff. I've purchased three times from this company and every time has been a big hit.

    sold brownies at a charity event and they were so delicious I brought some for myself. They were great even a few days later. So when I needed a gift I ordered miini covered brownies and red velvet cookies, In addition to the gift I ordered the same item for myself. I was so disappointed in both the brownies snd cookies. Brownies were so small that there was no taste plus there were also stale. The red velvet cookies were equally stale and had no taste. I was very disapointed with what I ordered plus I was disapointed in the fact this was a gift Would never spend my money on this item. and would have to be convinced to order other items.
