I can’t believe these taste so good! It takes that craving away when you’re watching your weight. I love them and there’s a slight difference in the taste of the regular high fat brownies but you really can’t tell.

Each bar has 11 grams of carbs, which translates to 44 calories. That means you get 44% of your calories from carbs. If all you did was to eat these bars for your 2000 cal daily requirement, you'd be taking in a whopping 220g of carbs everyday. Even the most relaxed keto diets need you to go no more than 50g of carbs a day.
Yes, yes, joke's on you if you think these bars are some kind of replacement for a keto diet, but my point is, do not be fooled into thinking that you can eat these without worry just because it says "keto" on the box. This is exhibit A on why words like "keto" need to be regulated in marketing.
Now onto the calorie math. Per bar, It has 9g of fat (81 cals), 11g of carbs (44 cals), and 3g of protein (another 12 cals), for a total of 137 cals, not 100 cals.
This is just false marketing guys. Don't be fooled. No wonder the reviews are from people who are either singing praises of how good they taste or disappointed that the cookies aren't moist enough. Looks like the reviewers are all folks who have a hard time holding themselves to a true keto diet.
