This Tahini is smooth and easy to use. No mixing or big clumps of tahini to break down. I am a big fan of lemon tahini dressing, this product makes it so easy to prepare. Great flavor too. Permanent item in my pantry.

This is a wonderful product. It’s delicious, it dispenses easily, and it doesn’t need refrigeration. BUT: I ordered it on 2/24/2021, received it timely, and its expiration date was 6/14/2021. Since I only cook for two people I’m unable to make efficient use of this otherwise-ideal tahini.

Do not waste your money. This tastes terrible. It's thick, slimy and it's like glue. It just sticks to the inside of your mouth, throat. Kind of like when your sick and have that nasty coating in your throat that u can get to break up. Plus the taste is horrid.
