Very, very good taste--better than any other fully cooked bacon we've tried. SO convenient, cooks (heats) in seconds and can be made crisp or not. It is, however, pricey but worth the convenience and taste for us.

RIght when I think about what a particular recipe needs, like making mashed potatoes , or a wedge salad with maytag blue cheese dressing , scrambled egg and cheese tortilla roll ups , just about anything one can imagine . this is a great go to product I can easily pull out of the fridge, chop up, and rain some flavor into anything that needs some punch up .

I ordered five packages at the beginning of December. Three of the five said to Use or Freeze by Nov 16th. It tastes okay; is very thin. Certainly convenient. However, since you have no control over what dates you are getting, having three out of five not be usable REALLY increased the cost. Will probably nit order again.

ready in a matter of seconds. Fresh, doesn't need to be refrigerated. Oddly for some, I prefer this kind of bacon to the kind you have to pan fry. IT's not greasy and easy to cook. So glad Amazon has tehse boxes to purchase.
