I am giving this 5 stars to help its rating because I think this brand deserves it. While it is a bit pricey, I think the quality of ingredients is much better than most regular brands of breakfast cereal and this still definitely deserves 5 stars. It’s also pretty tasty in my opinion

Tastes like stevia

If you're on the keto diet, this cereal should be zero surprise to you. It tastes like stevia, if you're not used to the taste compared to sugar then you're going to have a bad time. It's also, like all keto friendly prepacked food, priced higher and with smaller portions. I've been on the keto diet for a while so I don't expect to eat a standard size bowl of anything prepackaged and stay within my carb limit, that's just how it is.

So what is this cereal good for? Snacking. Got family or friends chowing down on popcorn for movie night? This cereal is the perfect snacking food. It's also great to bring to work in a pre-portioned container.

What does it taste like? The honey graham mostly tastes of stevia but there's a lingering aftertaste of honey that's quite pleasant. It's sweet without being too sweet, not like kid cereal but a bit sweeter than grandma's bran flakes. I think the sweetness is just right.

Stick to your basics for breakfast because this won't cure your hunger pangs but it's a nice treat to have on hand. My bag has lasted me a week so far, which I think is fair for the price.

Alright so, for a keto, gluten free cereal, this is the best you are gonna get for a bearable price. If you are expecting actual cinnamon toast crunch in every way then you are going to be disappointed. It's a nice little snack that will be a little comfort food while also being keto and gluten free.
For context, I have tried the fruity, the chocolate, and the cinnamon flavors and I liked them all.

The flavor is great, exactly what you are hoping for. There is a real Erythritol aftertaste, which some people are more sensitive to than others. If you know you really hate that, then this is not for you.

It's also very, i'd say dense. If you've eaten keto or gluten free for any amount of time you already know that the texture is pretty well impossible to get right. I personally don't mind the texture, it tastes good and thats enough for me.

Another complaint ive seen is the serving size, and the amount of cereal in the bag. Honestly compared to other options, its the best price ive seen. And truly for me I treat it kind of like a nice granola. Yeah, its a little expensive, but I dont ever eat more than a small amount at a time. For me it's very filling, and even if it isnt for you, its a delicious little snack. And at that rate, even this 8oz bag lasts a good while. If you are out here looking to replace your giant dinner bowl of cereal every day then this is probably not for you. I usually have just a small condiment cup full with some almond milk and it makes my evening. Or even grab a few to snack on on their own.

I've been doing keto for a while now and it's been a long time since I've had something that i actually ENJOY eating without having to spend a bunch of time preparing it. It seems like most of the complaints here are based in disappointment from bad expectations, rather than an actually bad product, so hopefully this helps you decide if you wanna give it a try or not.
I recommend it highly, but like with every keto option, its NEVER going to be exactly the same.

Too small of portions and too expensive

I normally like things that are sweetened with stevia, but this Catalina Crunch Honey Graham Keto Cereal just missed the mark for me. The flavor is okay - but leaves more aftertaste than normally experience with stevia products, and is much too expensive to be a regular staple in my diet.

On the whole I think they used too much sweetener, which gives it that weird aftertaste.

The portion size of 1/2 cup is very small, and unless you are mixing this with yogurt or something similar, it's just not going to be filling. And remember, most keto pros will tell you that you should count TOTAL CARBS, not just net carbs, as well as watching your calories. So 110 calories for 1/2 cup just doesn't work for me.

I did portion these out and add them to lunches, etc. to use as a dessert or sweet snack, and did consume the entire bag. But unless the price is drastically reduced, I just cannot afford the current price of over $15 for this type of product.

I think the industry in general is capitalizing on the keto principal and offering what they consider keto friendly at a high price to try to appeal to people trying to lose weight.

Everybody’s has different taste buds.
I personally do not like the taste, very much but I am going to base my review not just on taste but also what you’re paying for you are not getting much cereal. This is a little pouch. It says there is seven servings but the seven servings are half a cup each. It’s like seven mouthful of cereal the whole bag
If this Pouch was as big as a real cereal box you would be paying 30 bucks, this is definitely way too expensive for what you’re getting
Absolutely not worth it, This is my opinion .
if this cost 3$ dollars maybe I would try it again, but the taste was not very good.

I’n pretty sure the negative reviews are from people expecting that no-longer-popular cinnamon-sugar cereal brand. This is not that. Like someone mentioned, if you’re used to the stevia flavor profile, you’ll enjoy this. People also complained about how hard it is— it’s very high in fiber, and if you read the ingredients you’ll expect that. The trick is to have like three pieces per spoon—stop being greedy. This is a really great cereal that’s high in fiber so drink PLENTY of water or milk to keep from getting constipated.

For being low sugar, high fiber and high protein, this really tastes great. I know it is a cereal but I treat it more like a portable health snack. I put a portion in a small zip bag and carry it with me throughout the day when I need a decent pick-me-up that covers all the bases for me: a combo of protein and fiber without a lot of sugar or other unnecessary stuff. I hav enow tried many of the Cataline Crunch flavors and this one is my favorite.
