It doesn’t split in the lightest roasts, and textures to the perfect micro-foam when steamed. We have opted for a creamy but clean texture. I love this oat milk! It's smooth, it goes in my coffee or smoothies perfectly. It's got all clean ingredients which is a bonus too. It's a little pricey but with subscribe and save it makes it no big deal. Also the aesthetic of the box makes me unnecessarily happy.

I have tried a bunch of oat creamers and this one seems to check almost all of the boxes. It has less additives, it's not too sweet, it has a nice flavor and texture. It doesn't foam as much since it doesn't have some of the chemicals the other ones have but I would rather skip the foam them put a bunch of additives in my body.

Sweet flavor, not good for use as a regular beverage

The flavor is not unpleasant in small amounts - but there are many notable downsides. To begin, it feels very WATERY and remains FLAT, not foaming at all my automatic frother which makes great foam of other milks. The nutritional profile is poor compared to just about anything else - no fiber or vitamins. Yet the cost has been increased even higher since when I purchased it. It is also tastes SALTLY because they are adding salt into it (?) This seems like a product quality that should be in the budget category. The best thing about may be the catchy packaging.

I wish I had skipped this brand when I went to try different oatmilk offerings. Could give two stars for flavor but taking it down to one for being labeled as "barista standard" which is also completely false. So if you want to pay hugely for the glossy container and cartoon and do not care at all about the contents, it might be ok. You could pour out the milk and just reuse the containers to try to get your money's worth. Otherwise, I can't imagine a satisfying way of even using the contents here.

It’s really hard to find an unsweetened, organic oat milk that doesn’t have a bunch of chemicals in it. This has only a few, simple, healthy ingredients in it. I think it’s just oats, water, and a pinch of salt if memory serves. And it tastes great!

The only drawback is that it’s coming all the way from England, and the fact that it is being imported to the USA gives it a rather large carbon footprint. But, of course, that’s not Minor Figures’ fault. Sheesh! Our local oat milk companies need to get their act together!

Originally, I wrote that this milk does not froth at all, unlike the other barista blends I’ve tried in the past…
But the company does care about customer satisfaction, therefore, they reach out to me in order to get to the bottom of why it wasn’t frothing.
Cannot say that about many companies I’ve dealt with in the past.
I would definitely give it another go because I like how their ingredients are very natural, no extra ingredients or preservatives, like most Batista blends out there.

If you love the stronger oat taste then it’s for you. I still prefer Califia or Oatly in a latte. Not bad but others are better IMO
