I can't say I have tried tons of protein bars but compared to the Special K bars that I had been eating these are phenomenal!
The Barbell brand was recommended to me by my weight loss doctor and she had said that she felt they were the best all around texture and tasting protein bars she had tried, and she had tried quite a few.

She actually gave me the Creamy Crisp bar to try and I almost thought it could pass as a candy bar it was so good. I came to Amazon and ordered the Creamy Crisp along with the Salty Carmel Peanut Butter and the Chocolate Mint. I would say I still like the Creamy Crisp the best so far but the other two are still far superior to the Special K bars I was eating.

As far as price goes I guess they are fairly expensive compared to others from what she says but I wasn't that concerned as I am not eating them every day. I only tend to have them when I don't feel like a meal or if I want something between meals because I am hungry for some reason.

If you find a flavor that sounds good to you I don't think you will be disappointed if you buy them.

My husband and I have tried a lot of different types of protein bars and these are our new favorite. I set up a subscribe and save and unfortunately the delivery/stock has not been reliable but as far as the bars go - they are really good! They are a good size too - bigger than Pure Protein so you feel like you are actually eating a solid bar, not just a snack size. I would recommend trying them!

I've been suckered in by TikTok reviews like everyone else to mediocre products. This isn't one of them! These protein bars are SO good. If I'm craving a chocolate candy bar, I'm happy to grab one of these. They taste good. They fill me up on the go and keep me full for quite a bit. I don't in the least feel deprived or like I'm having to choke down chalk or chew a billion times to swallow like with may protein bars. These are just good. You could hand one to a friend and just tell them it's a decent candy bar and they wouldn't be surprised at all.

Favorite flavors: Caramel Cashew (me) & Chocolate Dough (my daughter)
Least favorite: Cookie Dough (but we both still liked it)

We've since bought other flavors Choco Hazelnut, & Creamy Crisp which were also great. I just highly recommend Barebell protein bars in general. While the price isn't the cheapest, these are so very good that I'm happy to pay the bit extra for them.

Obsessed with these protein bars. When I was pregnant I had gestational diabetes and needed a snack that was low in carbs but had good protein in it. THIS product is exactly that. They taste so fresh and they’re incredibly filling but in a good way. I cannot rave enough about how good the flavors are. My favorite is the chocolate dough one, it literally tastes like a brownie. But I’m general all the flavors are so so good. Even post partum I have one of these a day as a snack before the gym.

I got two different kinds including the caramel choco pack and the variety pack, and I did not receive everything I was supposed to in the variety one. I opened the box to about 9 bars instead of 12, so obviously I’m disappointed with that. But anyways, here’s what I think about them all

Variety Pack (Cookies and Cream, Chocolate Dough, Caramel Cashew, Salty Peanut): I like salty peanut the most, it tastes like snickers and genuinely doesn’t taste like protein bars. Caramel cashew tastes similar but no crunchy peanuts in it. Chocolate dough is like a dense dark chocolate fudge bar with crispies on top, and cookies and cream has the same and tastes like cookies and cream obviously. They all have those crispies on them although, the crispies are only crunchy and flavorful on cookies and cream as well as chocolate dough, which honestly I don’t like. It’s a nice texture but it tastes like salty coconut? The crunchies on those two kind of ruin it for me. But otherwise I think they are good.

Caramel Choco: Its suuuuuper dense. These are pretty good, they taste like chewy Twix without the wafer, and are very filling. When I tried it I ate half after eating nothing all day and it suppressed my hunger. They’re pretty yummy

I have been seeking a protein bar that I could go to in order to replace my habit of grabbing for a candy bar, this is it! No lie, this tastes like a "Snickers" bar, at least as close as you can get! It is soft, but not over chewy! Chocolaty, but not chalky! And has chopped peanuts on the top for texture and flavor! Barebells has absolutely outdone themselves on this one! Take a bite and thank me later!

Barebells are delicious and filling. They don't have that 'protein bar' chalky taste they are full of flavor (and protein). They are chewy and soft and work with my macros. If you haven't tried them this variety box is a great way to get started. Also ordering from the barebells site directly they charge more money in the summer months to keep the bars cool, (which is unnecessary via amazon when things are delivered so fast) so it is more cost efficient to order on Amazon.

I can't stand most of the protein bars out there. These taste great, aren't too sweet, just the right level of chewiness, reasonably priced. Favorite flavor is Salty Peanut. OK, this is the only flavor I've had but I love it. Any negatives - I haven't had received any melted as some have mentioned but I live in Seattle. OK, this is as nitpicky as I can get - I get chocolate crumbles whenever I eat this. Best eaten over a sink or outside but I"m a neat freak.
