I was looking for the yuba tofu skin rolls that you can add to soups and the like. However, this product is dried tofu rolls that rehydrate quickly and are very soft once hyrated. I assume that these are meant for rolling things up with since they quickly unroll themselves into a soft sheet. I am not familiar with this type of product but these seem to not be that great of quality. If you are looking for these types of rolls/sheets then maybe these are what you are looking for, but I am not sure about the quality.

It doesn't look like beancurd sheet that I've ever bought. The texture doesn't like making from soy. Soaking 10 times, yellow color still coming out to water. I have a feeling it isn't safe to eat. I threw away everything, daren't to eat. Waste money

Shipping was on time. The item itself was ordered Feb 7,2024 and the “best before” date in the back said Dec 16,2023. It’s a dried product so I know it wouldn’t kill me to eat it at this point but it would be nice to receive a product with more shelf life. This product also came in the mail and when opened the bag was already opened vertically. I did not use a knife to open this package so I know I did not create that clean cut. I understand there will be some damage to the item en route but the majority of the sticks were broken into little shards. Edible but not usable. There also was not a way to return or get a refund.

Pretty unacceptable quality and would not order again from this vendor. They can do a lot better. Not acceptable ...also you need to know not returnable
