Wow, how much easier is this thing cracking an egg? I will use this over an egg any day as the taste is fabulous. The effect is there while being much more affordable and easier to transport.

It stabilizes very well my nut milk formulas. The emulsion does not brake, and reduces precipitation at the bottom of the milk container.

We use instead of egg whites. Our fave bartender filled us in on the secret. So much better! No yuk factor! Easy. Tasteless. Highly recommend!!

The product does add a slight layer of foam on top but not much more than a normal acid like lemon juice does when shaken. There is a lack of the creaminess that an egg white lends to drinks.

I've been a bartender for years and we all know what a pain it is to use egg whites and what a pain it is to make Aquafaba (egg white substitute). It is also sometimes necessary. When my bar is out of Aquafaba (we don't use egg whites for allergy reasons), I always use a backup bottle of FeeFoam that I keep behind the bar. It works well to add the frothiness and mimic the texture off egg whites in a drink. Definitely recommend.

The recommended amount does literally nothing - a heftier amount works but at that point don't put it in a bitters bottle. Even still, it's a tiny bit of foam and doesn't remotely work as well as egg white or aquafaba.

It's taste is very tart, which can work in some cocktails but ruins others.

It's cheap, I'll give you that, but cheap in terms of money and quality.

A shame, since I love Fee Brothers actual bitters products!
