Ingredients: Soybean fiber, sugar, canola oil, soy sauce, salt, ginger powder, chili powder, sorbic acid.

Great flavor & texture ! Not too sweet, like most veggie jerky - probably my favorite of all the brands I've tried in the US, and stands with the better ones I had in Taiwan (where this is made; they added some strict food quality & safety laws a couple years ago, so can trust it to be good). Pity it's not more widely available here, or a bit cheaper.

At the first bite I didn't like the product because there wasn't much taste but as you continue to chew on the product it has a really nice taste. The texture is very similar to jerky except not as tough but still a lot of texture. I tried both the original and black pepper and liked both, really like it is meatless!

I LOVE this stuff!! It's got to be my favorite meat-free jerky thus far. I haven't found one that is this chewy. I like jerky to be tough and this is! I wish there were different seasoning options because this one is kind of sweet for my taste. I would rather have spicy...but still. Good!
One other drawback is that the pieces are kind of big and hard to "tear" so you end up looking like a cow trying to get this jerky masticated.
I learned with my first bag that I can't leave it in my car. I will eat the whole bag on my way home from work. It's just such a satisfying snack. Really happy I found it.

Best vegan beef jerky yet!

I have tried countless vegan beef jerky options. Some were ok, others were downright awful. I never placed a second order for any. Until now. This is the best vegan beef jerky I've ever tried. Flavorfull, just the right amount of chewy goodness. Thank you to this company for making a snack that checks all of the boxes. Tasty, healthy, affordable.

Terrible, bland vegan jerky - not worth the $$

I've tried many varieties of vegan jerky since going vegetarian about 10 years ago and this ranks among one of the worst. It has almost zero flavor, and definitely not a black pepper, spicy jerky taste by any means. The texture is too soft and the *second* ingredient is sugar. It's too sweet and otherwise flavorless. I'd avoid at all costs and stick with something that has real flavor like the Pleather Black Pepper vegan jerky, which is the best I've found so far.

The taste is very yummy, n the texture perfect! The wasabi is a soft kick at the end, overall the flavor is really enjoyable. The texture is chewy n moist without being gummy. This is the best veggie jerky I have found! I'm gotta go get me another bag...

Deceptive ingredient list

Contains artificial coloring that is not listed in the ingredients--just a warning on the food sensitivities list. It makes me wonder what other ingredients may not be listed. You really shouldn't put "clean ingredients" on the label and include artificial food coloring. This is the second brand of vegan jerky I have found on Amazon that has artificial flavorings and/or colorings. Very disappointed.
