I loved this basket. I accidentally sent it to myself instead of my moms address so we ate one too. Beautiful display of fruit & goodies. I had 1 problem with a fruit that had a moldy bottom and EVEN THOUGH IT IS NON-RETURNABLE Amazon refunded my money. Yes, for 1 moldy fruit.

On arrival, the non-citrus fruit was all bruised, some badly, and one pear was rotten. This is not acceptable. Other than that, the packaging was good.

I didn't actually SEE the basket, but my Mom called the second she closed the door from the UPS guy and said it was big, heavy, and full of an amazing assortment of fruit, nuts, and sweets. She didn't see the cookie, but she didn't seem to care. She was sufficiently impressed and was very happy with her Mother's Day Gift.

UPDATE: Brother sent me a pic. Attached is basket #1 sent to my Mom. She loved it, but as you can see, it actually looks NOTHING like what I thought I was ordering. So 5 stars for my Mom, who is really happy, and 3 stars from me as I was expecting it to be at least somewhat similar to the image presented, with maybe one or two creative differences. No cookie looks to be present. That would be big for me, as I'd want at least one indulgent thing in there.

I ordered one for both my Mom, and my MIL - so I hope the MIL's is just as amazing. It hasn't arrived yet, but it too, is supposed to come today. UPDATE: MIL was as featured in the photo. Both were great baskets, but one was the kind I chose, the other wasn't. The baskets themselves are a 5, but the fact that my Mom's was nothing like what I ordered is why I gave the (3) stars.

Was looking for the perfect all in 1 gift basket for some residents at a local care home. This nails it. Fruit arrived fresh and displayed just as shown in the photo. Will definitely be looking for similar products from this company during upcoming holidays.
