5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect little artichokes

These are great because they don’t have any thorny un edible parts, like regular canned artichoke hearts. I rinse them very well to get rid of excess sodium and canned taste. They’re perfect for marinating, for pasta dishes, pizza, and antipasto. The smaller, easy open can is perfect for the two of us, plus they are high fiber, and low carb. A great pantry staple.

4.0 out of 5 stars Love the product but the cans are dinged up
Reviewed in the United States on October 24, 2024
I love these artichokes; they don't have those rough pieces that the larger artichokes do and they make it for a very quick, easy and convenient way to get your veggies when short on time. BUT, as other reviewers have indicated, half of the cans came all dinged up. The product is still usable but the cans just don't look great when you open the box. Also, the original packaging they came in was thin and damaged.

1.0 out of 5 stars Trust the Negative Reviews. Absolutely HORRIBLE
Reviewed in the United States on June 25, 2024
First can opened last week: same review as "Jeanne". Too tough to chew; only tastes like citric acid; no artichoke flavor to be had. Second can opened today: 100% MUSH. Like WTH? Gross! Third can: same as the first. It should be illegal to sell these to human beings. What a waste of $50! Had I purchased these from a physical store, I would have been a total Karen about it. Don't risk it. In fact, it seems like the other 2 brands offered here have the same issues. Better to just cook your own whole artichokes when they're in season (because who doesn't love boiling a pot of water for an hour in 90+ degree weather?) and be sad during off-season. Ugh

5.0 out of 5 stars Great art hearts!!
Reviewed in the United States on February 14, 2024
We discovered these wonderful baby artichoke hearts about 2 years ago and have been buying lots of 'em ever since, now by the case. They're that good! They are supposed to be 10-12 wee little art hearts to a can, but sometimes they're a tad bigger, more like 8 to a can. However usually they're the right size and right quantity. Try them grilled on a skewer after marinating a short while in fruity olive oil, fresh lemon juice, garlic and salt -- we skewer 'em along with mushrooms, red onions AND green onions, and pineapple chunks -- OMG, so dang good!!! Also great in lots of other stuff, such as quartered or halved in salads or in chicken piccata along with capers. Yum yum yum.

5.0 out of 5 stars Tastes great!
Reviewed in the United States on May 13, 2024
I love these baby artichokes! Unlike many canned artichokes, every bit is tender and edible. I also appreciate that they are packed in water rather than oil, because the oil that other companies use is always the cheapest oil- usually soy- which is terrible for health and doesnt taste good either. These taste great, and I throw them into just about every meal I make. I also like the small size of the cans. Perfect for my husband and I.

3.0 out of 5 stars Portioned, but expensive.

If you need soft foods, these work. The cans are portioned, which is about one-half to a whole can per pre-meal, or for a snack. It's pickled, so good for microbiome, even if a canned food. ???? (...But, the cost is about $2.16 per can, so if i eat one per day, it only lasts 12 days. &, if i need to have it for 36 days, b/c it's one of my staples, it will be 3 cases, at a cost to me of $78. That's kind of expensive. But, if i buy Bruschetta, which i don't much like, & only eat a couple bites from it, it's costs a lot less. ????????
