A Proud Vermont Smokehouse We make our meat sticks on-site in small batches at our smokehouse. Half of our products are smoked using natural hickory or maple hardwood chips. We balance time, temperature and humidity then add smoke methodically for perfectly cooked, tender products with a touch of smoky flavor in each bite. Real smokehouses use real smoke – not liquid or artificial smoke. All of our sticks are hand crafted and slow cooked.

On The positive side contrary to many other reports my package arrived in perfect condition with no mold growing inside any of the packages. I just tried to eat a few and just couldn't I tried to give them to my friends and they all hated them.
