The best olive oils are one source. This is a one source with great taste.
My last bottle lasted a long time. It is a great size for those that use EVO daily. I don't expect for this one to last as long since I now make all my salad dressing from scratch.

I did some research on how you can distinguish whether it’s true olive oil and there are several things to consider to help you determine that:
1. Taste
2. Feeling
3. Color of the bottle
4. Harvest date was printed on the bottle
5. Fridge test
I am quite new to fancy olive oils as I’ve only purchased the cheap grocery store kinds. But, I would say that this is absolutely delicious! However, like I mentioned, I am no olive oil connoisseur so that’s that lol.
As for the other points, they def passed! Good quality olive oil should leave an irritation, an itch, or peppery feeling in the back of your throat when swallowed, which this does. They should be bottled in dark glass bottles, check. A harvest date should be printed on it, check. Lastly, it should also solidify in the freezer no longer than 2 hours inside, check!!
Atlas is on the left and a TJ’s grocery store brand is to the right (claiming it’s from Sicily). As you can see, it’s solidifying much like how melted butter and coconut oil does at room temperature.
Conclusion: I highly recommend!!!
