Everyone who uses a lot of Tahini generally prefers Ethiopian.
I'm no exception but also have a soft spot for Lebanese.
This is as good as I've used.
The flavor is perfect.
My only complaint was with the packing in the shipping box.
Two jars got their seals broken in delivery and leaked inside the box.
Amazon gladly refunded my money and told me to keep the jar that stayed intact.
As soon as I washed the Tahini off the outside from the leaking jars I made a hummus.
It was GREAT!
