    I needed to make an appetizer and wanted to use artichoke hearts. I could not find any can products without a whole bunch of ingredients already added to the can.

    These chopped artichoke hearts are tough & terrible. TOUGH!! Disgusting - inedible!! Could not eat them. So tough - could not even use as an ingredient in other dishes. Complete throw away! MUCH better to buy whole artichokes and chop them up yourself. Disappointing waste of money. Buyer beware!!

    We love artichoke hearts and I’ve yet to find a recipe that these chopped hearts don’t add to! I added them to my weekend omelette and everyone loved it! Soups, pasta dishes, salads, everything. I’m a “throw it in the pot” kind of cook. With the price of groceries today no one can afford to be picky. Try it! You’ll be surprised how much people enjoy surprises.
