Great Non Dairy substitute for Half and Half

It's not easy finding a good tasting non dairy Half and Half substitute. And since this is carb free it makes a great smoothie mixer. I use it as a coffee creamer and mix up a bottle of this creamer along with my favorite Skinny Girl syrup to make my own flavored coffee creamer. It's also great for making creamy soups and I use it to make keto ice cream in my Ninja Creami. Very versatile.

I really like the taste of my Califia Farms unsweetened creamer! I needed something to mimic half n half and this was it! It also blends well in my coffee and saves me money purchasing on Amazon in bulk. Even better!

I Ike this non-dairy cleaner. It is very delicious in my coffe. I like the taste of almonds and coconut. Only 15 calories and sugar free.

FIX THE CONTAINER!

I love the product - unsweetened and sweetened. I use it all the time. I love it on berries, cereal, coffee, etc. it's very creamy and tasty. The French Vanilla doesn't taste or smell like vanilla and is very sweet - but I still like it.

HOWEVER: The container is a nightmare to open - I often end up with a mess when I pull the tab off. Sometimes they're dented in transit - which makes it worse. I end up pouring the creamer into another container. I wish they'd fix this.

Product was very grainy. Like powdered milk that wouldn't mix. I have never had this happen before. I used to buy it locally in the dairy case and the store quit carrying it. I have been ordering shelf stable creamer from Amazon and so far it was great. All of the cartons in the box were like this. When I poured it down the sink, the creamer left a grainy film on my sink.
UPDATE:
Amazon sent out a new box at no cost and it was perfect!

I like that it's a relatively healthy substitute for half and half. I like that it doesn't spoil like half and half. It mixes in easily enough. It just doesn't have much flavor and doesn't "cream" the coffee as well as half and half. I use more than the serving size to slightly lighten up the coffee. Not sure I'll buy it again.

This is definitely not a substitute for half-and-half if what you are looking for is creamy Consistency. This has the consistency of skim milk and absolutely no flavor. Very disappointed.
