I work at an office and sometimes we don't get lunch breaks, I needed something that I could keep in my drawers, easy to use, travel size, and something that could taste like real milk, and guess what!
This milk tastes just like the milk I get at the grocery store and I don't have to put it in the fridge, there are 18 units for this price! I love it, saved me from starving at work.

We primarily use almond milk for cereal and smoothies, but I just don't like lattes or cappuccinos made with almond milk. Buying whole half gallon cartons of milk just for weekend lattes doesn't work, but these are perfect. An 8oz bx makes a nice large 3 shot latte. There's no waste, and you can start with room temp milk. Now I always have milk for lattes!

I didn't mention flavor, as it's forgettable (in a good way). It tastes just like Horizon milk, and it has the same nutrition. Highly recommended for any use.

The case I got was six months to expiry. That is ok, but Horizon UHT like this is coded from factory at 12 months, so this did sit somewhere for six months before sold

This product has a short shelf life. But it tastes great and is convenient for packed lunches or eat on the run breakfasts. Expensive at $1.33 each, but may be less expensive than cafeteria prices. I am anxious to try the whole milk, too.

This Organic Horizon low-fat milk is 1% with 2.5g fat per 8 oz and 110 calories. This is shelf stable (only need to refrigerate if opened) but still has the same taste and texture as fresh milk from the dairy section of the grocery store. These cartons have peel open tops as well as straws and are convenient backup for when I run out refrigerated milk and don’t want to make a special trip to the store just for milk. The cartons travel well for work to use in coffee, with cereal, etc., and these are perfect for school lunches too. I’m happy with the quality and convenience of this milk.

I don’t stock up on shelf stable milk and buy as the small cartons I buy tend to have a short shelf life. However, it should still have a number of months (not weeks) before expiration. Dates vary but the Horizon milk I received has 5 months until expiration, which is reasonable and similar to the shelf life left when I’ve bought Organic Valley 1% milk cartons. I suggest checking price on both brands as this Horizon milk is a currently a superior value to 1% Organic Valley at about half the price for 18 instead of 12 cartons that are 8 oz each rather 6.75 oz. Will buy Horizon again. 5 stars.
