I am on an animal product diet and wanted a natural animal product sweetener. This product works well. It slightly sweetens my baking goods and is delicious mixed with cream and put on pancakes. It bakes well, but doesn't dissolve well into liquids. The price here is unbeatable anywhere I've looked. Highly recommended.

I got myself a 5lb bag and let me tell you, I was feeling like the sugar king of the world. I mean, 5 pounds of lactose sugar, you could sweeten up a whole herd of cows with that!
But I ain't no dairy farmer, I'm a brewer, man. And this lactose sugar has been the secret ingredient in my brews that's been making 'em so creamy and smooth. I mean, it's like drinking a glass of pure, unadulterated love.
And the price is so great, man, I'm gonna be buying this stuff by the truckload. No, seriously, I might just convert my pickup truck into a sugar truck and go around town, delivering lactose sugar to all my brewer homies.
I'm a funny man, but this stuff is no joke. It's the real deal, and I ain't lactose intolerant to it! :) Cheers!

I’m still working on a usable beer recipe for this, first go round not so good, but that’s on me.

I put lactose into milk stouts and occasionally into NEIPAs. This is a good price for a standard product.

We use alot of lactose powder for various health concerns. This one was definitely "you get what u pay for" made my husband's stomach upset and quality was just not there. It was blan and had no sweetness like the other brand I usually buy. I'd rather pay $20 per lb for quality rather than $20 for 5lbs if junk we ended up not being able to use.
