I've chewed a lot of jerky in my 62 yrs. Soft, tasty, hardly any fat I've had to spit out because I like it closer to the100% pure meat side. I've had a lot of bags of Jack Links, so it can't be a fluke. I've tried probably at least 10 other brands.
