    Wonderful flavor although a bit pricey. Also, the pieces in the bag are rather smaller than I expected. But I would still buy again.

    Sweet balsamic is ok tasting, but it's chewy/gummy and sticks to your teeth. Probably not buying again.

    Ii was delightfully surprised by the delicious flavor of these GF dehydrated mushrooms. I spoke to the company because the website description says GF but it is not found on the packaging. It is indeed GF and their new packaging will clearly say GF. I really enjoy this mushroom flavored with figs. I have purchased this product again.

    I was so excited to try this as I love beef jerky and my wife loves mushrooms. We both took a bite and it was like a stale fruit rollup had burst into my mouth. It was chewy but it stuck to my teeth like I had been eating a jelly candy. Lets just say the second bite was no better.

    So overall this product isn't horrible but it's not great and I would hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
    My first major issue with this product is the price. If the price actually reflected the price of a portabella mushrooms and wasnt comparable to beef jerky this product would be a 4 star. Dehydrating a mushroom takes significantly less time than dehydrating beef. However because it does match the price of beef jerky the downsides are greatly exaggerated. I tested all 3 flavors and they all taste ok but it's nothing to write home about. This product isn't filling and won't satisfying any cravings. The mouth feel is similar to eating a halfway boiled fettuccine noodle which is strange. But like I said these issues aren't the reasons why I won't buy this product again, it will always be the price in relation to the cost of fresh portabellas.
