I wanted to use Kabrita after not being able to breastfeed, but unfortunately my little one did not take well to the formula. I had ordered the 2 pack and was bummed because I was out the $80 something dollars so I decided to contact customer service.
Elaina from their customer service team did not hesitate to offer a full refund for the product and made sure that she heard me out and was genuinely interested in my little one.
Even though the formula did not work out for my baby, it is worth a try just for the way that they handled my situation.
