So I have literally just been adding one or two strips of this to my congee inspired meals. I usually soak them for a few minutes in water to soften them before cutting them into bite sized pieces with scissors and dumping them in the soup.
I love the texture, and they seem to absorb the flavor of the dish I cook them in.
The texture stays strong and doesn't seem to dissolve or get gooey like grain noodles can if cooked too long. I think I want to get more when payday rolls around.
