I love these cookies - they are my favorite, but when they are shipped by themselves in a soft package, they come in completely broken and in crumbs. Amazon needs to ship in a cardboard box with packing around them, not by itself in a soft package.

Only thing wrong with cookie was they arrived in broken pieces, but am sure the taste is the same.

I ate one of the bigger broken pieces, and it was actually really good. It's a shame that ppl don't take a page from Hershey's. They make Sure their products are packaged appropriately for travel & weather. It's a real shame that most of these were too broken to eat. Just a little bit of care would have made such a difference. The cookie did taste good that I ate. Crisp, with a hint of butter & definitely pecan.
