Wonderful product: Nutty taste, high protein, excellent source of omega fatty acids (with good 3 to 6 ratio). I use them in my baking (bread, crackers) and also add them to my dog's homemade treats and dog food. Can easily be added to smoothies for a healthy protein boost without artificial/questionable sweeteners found in protein powders.

I love Manitoba hemp hearts. They have a smooth nutty flavor My usual way is to place a tablespoon full on my tongue,chew thoroughly and swallow, drink water and repeat. I bake with them using about a fourth cup. They work in smoothies, soups or salads. I’ve tried every way in the last five years. I used to take wheat germ but I like these better. Factor in the calories but they stick with you and my opinion is they make me feel healthy.
