I love this so much that I have it on auto-ship. It's a nice thick rich chocolate, great by itself with hot milk or hot water or combination for hot chocolate, or in your coffee to make a mocha, on ice cream, on angel food cake, on pretty much anything. I've been known to just eat a spoonful of it. Probably the best thing made under the Ghirardelli brand, and they make lots of good chocolate.

The namebrand alone is what drew me to this product. I use it for my espresso machine and it makes wonderful latte. It is such a rich and great tasting product. There are other brands of this, but you cannot beat the price for that Girardelli. I highly recommend getting this, the first time you buy it will send you a spoon and a pump after that you can just buy the bottle which is cheaper than buying the one with the pump and the spoon. I am very happy with this product and will continue on using it.

Bought this because we recently got an espresso machine with milk foamer. My husband likes the Starbucks white chocolate mochas so wanted to try making a homemade version.

I first made it with about a tbs of this syrup and one shot of espresso with milk. That tasted Not Good. The syrup had an overpowering chemically sweet taste. In order to balance it, I ran the espresso shot a second time and added 2 tsp of sugar. That made a big difference and hubby really liked it.

I think other people who are complaining of the chemical taste should try adding more espresso. The bitterness of the espresso cuts the chemically sharpness of the syrup.

I am very picky when it comes to ice cream toppings, Ghirardelli Caramel Sauce is my first choice. It is expensive but for me it lasts a very long time. I don't eat huge bowls of ice cream anymore. Also I mix this with a high quality hot fudge, microwave the mix for 11 seconds, and then add the ice cream.

My fav white mocha sauce BUT I wish it came with more oz for the price. Runs out very quickly. I have to pace myself and only purchase as a treat. Definitely a coffee bar luxury item, this one.
