I have recently opted to purchase a significant portion of my food products and spices from Amazon due to the cost-effectiveness compared to buying from traditional stores. The convenience of ordering from home adds to the appeal. One of my recent favorites is the Roasted Red Peppers by Botticelli. Not only does it offer a fresh and delightful taste, but it is also more affordable than in-store options. Fresh peppers are my preference but sometimes I just don't get out to the store. It's a comfort knowing these jars are on my shelf when you just don't get fresh.

All the pimento peppers were sold out. I took a chance and bought these. Big, wole red peppers. The chopped up great and gave me great pimento cheese...just as I wanted. Stuck the rest of the jar in the fridge and late added them to a pizza. The are great.

Original Review - "Ordered two jars of this. First was great. Second was mush. Had ordered again and cancelled. Also not from Italy. Label said product of Peru. Also had ordered their Fettuccine sauce. First jar was great. Worried about the second now. I won't be ordering from these folks again. Price is on the high sign which is fine if the product is good and consistent. They apparently are not the latter."
Apparently they read the review. They sent a note saying they were sorry for the quality of the second jar and would be sending me two complementary jars. Sounds like very good customer service since I didn't ask for a replacement. I will try them again. As I said in the original review the first jar was great as was their Fettuccine sauce.

I was so excited to recieved my sweet red pepper well the seal was broken and it spilled all in the box, I had to trash it one jar down and one still good, this is such a waste of my money and time. Will not be order this no more....unless they come up with a much better way of sealing and protecting their products...☹

A dear friend of mine loves these peppers so I had some sent to him as a little surprise gift, along with some other Italian food items. He was so pleased. I enjoy sending good food gifts to special friends and family. The selections are excellent on Amazon.

They were jarred and delivered well. Peppers are not crisp and do not have any taste. I feel we should be able to return but it says not eligible for return. I would never order again.
