OUR DANISH LUXURY COOKIES ARE BAKED IN DENMARK

The Royal Dansk brand was established in 1966 where a range of crisp, delicious and luxury products were born. The cookies were packed and delivered in a recognizable tin showing the old Danish farmhouse named "Hjemstavnsgaard" from the island of Funen in Denmark. The tin was used to maintain freshness of the cookies. It was resealable and reusable for storing in general, and some people used it simply as a bowl to serve from. It's a matter of no surprise that it was known as The Blue Tin. Today the Royal Dansk Butter Cookies are enjoyed all over the world, and the cookies are just as delicious as the ones baked so many years ago. The design has been slightly modernized to follow the trend of today. The recognizable royal blue packagings and the Royal Dansk brand are, as always, a mark of high quality.

Well damn it, I needed a sewing kit to fix my pants and got cookies.

Really really good cookies. The ones that ya want. Fresh, crisp cookies. None broken, none stale. Worst sewing kit ever though!

80,000+ reviews, and not ONE reviewer here will admit the truth. So I'm just going to come out and say it. Because everyone is thinking it. And if you agree I'm right, I expect you to place your order as soon as you're done reading. So here's the truth.....

Yes, these cookies are TASTY. They are rich, sweet, crispy. You can practically smell them just looking at a picture of them. But that's not the only reason you're ordering them, is it? It's not the only reason why we ordered them. So what is it?

WE WANT THE TIN.

I don't care where in America you were raised, you grew up seeing that classic blue and gold Royal Dansk tin. Your grandma, aunt, or maybe your mom kept her sewing supplies in one. Your dad or your uncle kept spare screws, nails, washers or other stuff in one that didn't quite have a place in a toolbox. Maybe you remember one with spare change. Maybe a place to toss a wallet, keys when we get home. Or maybe it was filled with the "junk" and various items that didn't fit in that ONE DRAWER in the kitchen that was overflowing with random stuff that didn't quite have it's own spot. Batteries, scissors, thread, some tape, that remote control that goes to something you don't even remember anymore (bonus points if you remember the remote missing its back).

This is a great cookie container to have on hand , they can be served alone or with breakfast beverages. They arrived fast and were fresh, they can be stored for quite a while. The cookies were all intact on delivery and the container was in perfect condition

I ordered one tin of these cookies out of curiosity. Now, I order them regularly, although I have to fight other family members to eat my share. They remind me of the cookies from my childhood. The tin includes a variety of shapes that are all flavorful. I have been tempted to order more than one tin at a time in order to ensure I get my full, The cookies have never lasted long enough around here to be served to guests, but I imagine that guests who come over for coffee would enjoy them. The cookies stay fresh in the tins. The empty ton comes in handy as a container for homemade cookies and treats because it is airtight.
