On the back of the package it says 3 1/2 cups 160 calories. So I have been letting myself have 4 cups and let myself spurge. This popcorn is delicious. For the first time I agree with the commercials of a product. No kidding it is good. I have a liver condition and have been told popcorn will not hurt it if not loaded with lots of fattening butter. I have found a way to enjoy popcorn again!!!!

Love this popcorn! Unlike regular microwave popcorn which has hard husks that get caught in your teeth, and a bag full of empty unpopped/half-popped kernals--this is soft-textured and just about melts in your mouth. Highly recommend!

I like Skinny pop
I love this flavor but like many kernels are broken and the smell of the spicy cheese tends to seep out the bag so if you buy many large bags, your apartment will smell but outside of that it’s delicious
If they sold the 1 oz version like they have the cheddar or butter versions I’ll definitely get that

I have ordered this popcorn many times. I'm still rating this a 5 because it is usually very good. But i wanted to let you know, that so far there has been 3 bags from this delivery that had very little or no salt & pepper seasoning.

If you feel like you just need something to crunch on, this is it! It’s much better than your “usual”. Remember to shake the bag gently a number it times in order to move he hulls or husks to the bottom of the bag.
