    They stopped making Nature’s Burger mix and I’m very thankful to have found this mix. I love to eat it out of the box as well as in burger form????????

    This made the BEST vegetarian cheese burger ever!! The frozen ones (Morning Star Farms) that I usually get have gotten so expensive; decided to try this instead. There is only me, so I make just one big burger at a time. Fry it in oil and add some Swiss Cheese to top and have it on toasted rye bread with lots of lettuce, red onion and a few bread and butter pickles, and Thousand Island dressing plus sometimes mayo as a spread. Couldn't have been more impressed. I found these incredibly flavorful. The batter gets thicker the longer it sits, so don't get impatient! Considering how many I can make from this one bag, it is a done deal!

    I was so happy with the ease of making the first burger. I was looking forward to making a vegetarian meatloaf then I tasted it. Not only was the burger hard as a rock after adding water over & over to the pan but all you'll taste is overwhelming salt & a lot of pepper. I miss Harmony house burger mix. Please Amazon get it back...
