I've purchased these beans twice now for making vanilla extract and for adding to buttercream. They arrived packaged in an airtight vacuum sealed plastic bag which kept them moist, flexible, and in perfect condition. These vanilla beans are plump, full of beautiful seeds, and they smell amazing. Mine were not dried out, moldy, or in any way unfit for consumption. I highly recommend these if you're into baking. The price is right and the quality is really great.

I purchased from another store and when I needed more I searched out this company again. On my first purchase I bought 2 brands and was overwhelmingly impressed with the FITNCLEAN compared to another known brand. I purchased exact same amts on other purchase, both Grade a, same lengths. The other well known name had little aroma and weighed .5oz less than FITNCLEAN brand.
This brand was so aromatic that I have invited friends to come over today to share in the scent heaven. I kept the old bag and would sniff it daily. Just saw on internet where you use original packaging to make a little vanilla sugar. It seems like a fun idea!
I will definitely purchase again when needed or if a great sale happens.

These vanilla beans work great. I make my own vanilla to use in baking etc. Vodka and these beans make great all natural vanilla! These last a long time as long as you wrap them up tightly and keep air out. My homemade vanilla last for years even with the beans left in it. I just finished up a jar from 2018 and it’s 2024. Just keep the vanilla beans below the liquid. Cut them smaller or use in another jar with new beans. I highly recommend these! Great flavor also!!

Nice quality, but missing a few from the 50-pack

I purchased the 50-pack to make vanilla extract. While I had enough to make 6 small bottles and had some extra, the package was missing 3 beans. I read that others had the same issue. If you label a product to have a certain number in a pack, it should have that amount. If you’re going to package by weight, it should be labeled as such. The quality of beans was good; moist and fragrant. I am removing a star for the missing beans.

I was wanting to try my hand at making homemade Vanilla Extract, I knew from reading different recipes I would need quite a few beans for this project since I was planning on making a quart. These beans are short 4-5 inches, but they seem really fresh. Since they are small from what most of the recipes call out for, I used weight measurements to make my Extract. I was actually ended up making 6 cups of extract with this order. They had a real nice aroma.
