I go through 2 bags of these a week! I mix some in with my smoothies, in with my protein drinks, and make a delicious coconut chia seed pudding with them. They are so reasonably priced, and the highest of quality. I definitely recommend this brand!

Good quality, doesn’t smell like anything much to me, it’s way more versatile than I thought! Yogurt, smoothies, desserts, salad, soups. Wow! I’m shocked and impressed.
The spray stop working and the liquid was coming out from the top and I was only able to use a quarter of it ..I will not buy again
