Colors are so beautiful, pastel pink and pastel blue. They are really well made, with lining and lots of pockets. They are not small (my daughters use them for daycare and have to fit a blanket/clothes/sippy cup etc). The patches are so perfect!! They arrived on time (18 days after ordering them). I work in the apparel industry and I can tell zippers are not the most durable ones but for the price they do the job. Usually these custom backpacks retail for $200 so this more affordable option is absolutely great. Love them, they are adorable!

I bought this bookbag being my daughter is starting school this year and when we received it, she was so happy and loved it! I really like that the seller communicated with me and got back to me quickly and was very nice!
