I got mine in the mail earlier than expected and was very happy with how heavy and sturdy it felt. It attached easily to my mare’s other spare head stall.
She was so happy to not have a bit in her mouth and actually lowered her head to allow me to bridle her! My pocketbook rejoices!

Update: after a few rides, Phoenix became resistant to the side pull and she almost bucked me this morning. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with this product, it was just the wrong one for her. ????
Update as of 2/22/23
Phoenix finally started to respond to the side pull after working with her on the ground first. She’s so much happier now and she even looked like she was actually smiling.
