    My daughter got this to complete her bedroom, first let me explain that the color chart they had for the letters was numbered. Not by color so it was color 1 Color 2 and so on. So what my daughter thought she was picking was back because color 24 looked back it was in fact green and an ugly green. When I reached out to them to see if they could make it right they said no since color 24 was chosen. But it’s really not the right color. Also if you look at the pillow and then look at the letter the letters are way to big for the pillow and I don’t like it.
    Customer service does go a long way. Which they don’t have any.

    I was looking for a pillow like this to complete my bedding set and this was it for an amazing price. Looks custom made!! Quality is a bit thin, but this is not a functional pillow, purely for decor. Super happy

    I am disappointed because they used the wrong color for my monogram pillow and now it doesn’t match my room:( so sad about this because I was really excited for this pillow and I don’t want to order a new one because I am scared they will mess it up again and I will have wasted more money.
