I was hoping to use this wrap a couple of ways. I figured it could help with my abdominal weakness from my hysterectomy as-well-as cover my abdomen when wearing tops that are cropped.

I thought it couldn't be that complicated to put on. I don't know if I'm just not getting the idea or what, but I've found it terribly confusing how to wrap. I've tried and tried, but the only way I can get it to look even half decent, it takes forever, and I just don't have that much time to waste binding my abdomen even once in awhile.

I am almost 5 weeks postpartum. Got this Bengkung Belly Binding Wrap because my friend suggested me. Using this wrap for 2-3 weeks now. It is little time consuming to wrap this around. But compared to other velcro wraps i feel this one gives better hug on my postpartum sluggish belly. Also as per my size. Since i am petite size, it is difficult to find something suitable. As a new mom i am having sleepless nights and days, yes i get very tired. But i felt for my health i could dedicate at least 15 minutes a day for sure. I wrap this while my little one is on her bed and looking at me.
Fabric mentions it is handspun and organic. Which i love. It is also very lightweight and easily drapes. And yes their youtube tutorials are big plus.

I just loved this bengkung belly binding wrap so much. I am 2 years postpartum after my 3rd child. But still I have 4 finger gap in my abdominal muscles. Due to that I was developing lower back pain which was disturbing my day to day life. Finally I approached an ayurvedic doctor if she has solution for that pain. She checked my stomach and recommended to wrap it otherwise I may develop abdominal hernia if I don't guard my abdominal muscles on top of lower back pain. I bought this wrap which is organic, handmade and which arrived with prime very quickly. Fabric is lightweight and has nice grip. I prefer wrapping it below my clothes. They have youtube videos where they teach techniques for better use. I don't usually review things on amazon. But this I am writing because of my gratitude for the manufacturers! Thank you for helping us - moms!
