Received the product and was gladly surprised by the welcoming instructions in the box., which advised the possible problem of melting in transit and losing its whipping texture and that they will replace it . I followed their advice and sent pictures and their response was immediately without a hint of a problem for a replacement and their offer to keep the old one.
The old one resulted in a sort of grainy texture, but heating it up in your fingers comes back to a luscious softness. I’ve been using it and it’s feels great in your skin, great moisturizer, natural ingredients, great quality, and no scent. Makes your skin glow. This is the third company I’ve tried and so far the best, for me. And adding the great customer service they provide, I am more than thrilled to keep ordering from them.
