    The decal is absolutely beautiful. When I opened the box, I loved it as soon as I saw it. I only gave 3 stars because we followed the directions step by step and sadly the d in Loved wouldn't stick to the window. We kept rubbing it with a credit card, but for some reason the d would not stick to the window. It's truly a beautiful decal, but disappointed that the d wouldn't stick. I have to remove the decal because it doesn't look right.
    Update: The seller got back to me and is replacing the decal. ????
