At first i ordered the dark colored one, it did not turn out well.(I don't recommend) You could not see the engraving at all. Once I figured out how to message seller I let them know of the issue and sent photos of how you could not see it. They offered to replace it, I said not if it will look the same. They said they could send a lighter color. Although we wanted a dark wallet, I guess it is not possible for the engraving to come out light enough to see, it is dark and the wallet is too dark for it to be seen. So they sent the lighter one and the engraving is dark and definitely able to be seen/read now. Very thankful for their offer to help.

I am highly disappointed in the way the initials showed up. In the product picture, its a light color for the letters but upon receiving, you can't even read the letters, at all. You can only see the letters from the side. They appear to just be scratched on, nothing added to it. I'm also upset about the scratch right on the letters as well. Disappointed in this Christmas present when I was very excited to gift it.

The item looks good but not exactly as pictured. It’s a little larger than expected and the brown is a lighter brown than pictured. Other than that, it’s a nice wallet.
