I love the idea! When Bob arrived, one of his arms had fallen off in shipping. So... I went thru the package and found his arm. Then when I was trying to attach it, a leg fell off... and the shoe fell off the leg... and both went under the stove. So I fished them out and put them back on. The odds of him sitting on the edge of the sink without losing parts in the drain are slim to none. I have him sitting on the window sill (with a new sponge). Just this morning I slightly bumped him and a leg fell off again. I'm going to make an engineering change with some super glue. I haven't exactly figured out how to keep the drain open to the legs, but giving it some thought. I'll update if my E-C is successful.

If he stayed together, I would have bought another one for my neighbor. But now... not so much. Save your $$$.
