Our Story

We're a family-run team of artisan glassmakers based in Wisconsin. Our "Bulletproof" shot glass started as a father and son project in 2015 and developed into a family business. Everything we make is our own design and Made in the USA.

Our glass workshop started on the grounds of a re-purposed furniture factory formerly owned by Thomas Edison in rural Wisconsin. The vintage work space and north woods surroundings provide a unique glass working environment resulting in truly extraordinary glassware.

Every BenShot glass is made by hand in our glass workshop in Wisconsin. Everything we make is our own design and made in the USA - from the raw materials and packaging we use to the equipment and suppliers we work with.

We are makers of the original bullet glass, but we design and build a variety of fine, handcrafted drinking glasses embedded with golf balls, hockey pucks, fishing lures, broadhead arrows, fire axes, and more.

We support military veterans, law enforcement officers, volunteer firemen, and mental health causes.

Giving Back

Giving back to our community is important to the team at BenShot. To date, we've donated to more than 500 non-profit organizations across the country, providing us with the opportunity to support military veterans, first responders, law enforcement officers, and mental health causes.

    I have bought these several times from different sources! I love them and they make a great gift! They are super durable and great quality! The bullet is shiny and the glass around it is perfect. The glass itself holds well and has a nice weight to it. I will continue giving these as gifts, for people always comment on them and continue to for years to come! Such a great conversation piece

    This was a gift for my boss, who loves all things guns, hunting, etc. It was very difficult to find him something for Christmas 2020 (I mean, he can buy whatever he wants ya know?). When I came across these I was so excited! Even better when they arrived though! They are great quality and so unique...he loved them and not just "Oh, thanks for the gift", he was more like "Wow!! I've never seen this, these are awesome!! Thank you so much!!" I bought 2 to make it a set, I suggest doing that because they are so unique and look great as a 'set'. I will definitely be buying more in the future for the other gun lovers in my life! Oh, and the price was very reasonable, I didn't feel like I broke the bank.

    I bought these glasses for a friend last year for Christmas and he LOVED them. In fact he loved them so much that when I asked him what he wants this year for Christmas he asked for the same thing. He said that when ice is added to the glass, the glass around the bullet which is thinner than the rest of the glass gets really cold and over time he said it broke. Based on my limited knowledge of physics I don't think there is a better way to make these glasses, but maybe they'd be better for people who don't use ice in their drinks. They are still fantastic glasses that are unique and fun and I would suggest giving them to any gun lover you know.

    Kept one for myself. And gave one away as a gift... I do like the different variety of bullets. They mold into the glass which is pretty cool. I use it more a talking point or wanting to show off when people come over. I call it my specialty glass and it always strikes up. A conversation glass is made really well bullet, very authentic.
    I owe I always hand wash the glass. Never put it in dishwasher or high heat situations.
