    I would would have put 0 stars if I could but I found two different problems where they didn’t cut the letters correctly you couldn’t even read what it said and they sent me the wrong size. I communicated back and forth through message with them about the problem and they still refused to fix the problem even with pictures to show them what they did wrong. To send something out looking like this and with such sloppy cutting is beyond me. Never would I recommend this place to anyone. Keep your money and use it on a company that’s worthy enough to make it right

    The product was damaged when I received the package but they replaced it without any problem. I painted it with sparkly gold, it is thick, and intricately curved. I got a lot of compliments and recommend this product.

    Decent sz what I ordered and it was packed nicely. Beautiful name custom signage. Weight less, and thickness are alright. I ordered 2 for our twins and they did an awesome job giving me two different color. Price is good!

    So I ordered 4 of these for both my girls, and I like them. They are 4" (4 letters) and 6" (6 letters). The only thing I don't like, is that just by choosing a different font, one name is very much bigger than the other, even though they are all 4" and 6". I would rather they all be the same size, or even to know which fonts will be bigger or smaller ahead of time. You live and you learn.

    This is very cheaply made and the font doesn't look like the sample provided. The one I received the v looks like an e, and it's not even cut all the way out in the middle. I reached out to the seller but got no response, thankfully amazon customer service refunded the item.

    Unfortunately, the product did not look as I thought it would look. There is also a no-return policy; which is understandable. However, the product appeared cheap and had some imperfections. I also was expecting something larger than what I received. I order my daughter's name as well with the same size measurements. I used different fonts but the length and height were just too different.
