This is an answer for those who cannot find caps, the compound recipe is easily found if you look.
I actually think these work better than metal caps as they basically disintegrate and do not tie up the mechanism of cylinders.

Zero cap jams now with these I am not going back to store boughts.
Edit to say the second gen without the backing are much better no trimming required,thank you!
