We got these for our 3 kids (ages 2, 4, and 9). The toddlers loooove them! Every night at bedtime, they ask for their "sharky cold" and "unicorn cold." We keep them in the freezer during the day so they're nice and cool at night.
Our 4yo had a nighttime accident and peed on hers. When I messaged the seller, asking how/if we could clean it, she sent us a brand new one. Totally unexpected and unnecessary, but it made my day!! Might daughter was so happy to have a brand new "cold."
I will definitely be buying from this seller again in the future, as soon as another one of these gets peed on.
