This is the best product invented for women in menopause. I'm sure it helps for other things, as well but let me tell you... this thing saves me on a daily basis. I don't know about other women, but my hot flashes are weird. Like I'm cold and hot at the exact same time. Therefore, fans don't work! My body gets too cold while my face is still on fire. This necklace cools off my face without making my body cold. It's a miracle! I would highly recommend every woman have at least two of these! Worth every penny!
