I purchased this product after hearing about it in a YouTube video that claimed it could help calm nerves during travel on airplanes or boats. It did just that and even more. I typically feel anxious when flying, but I found that this product kept me calm and comfortable throughout the flight. I also gave one to my mom, and she mentioned that it helped her feel less nervous as well.
